Autumn trends

  • Trends

In spring, team Purchasing travelled to London to get inspiration for the autumn collection. Several trends were spotted, including marble, organic shapes and beautiful soft blush shades. We are happy to take you along:

Marble Mania

Flowing shapes come by in many different ways. Marble tables, flowing shapes in product packaging. But we also see marble patterns in Fashion.

Curtain Majestic is a real eye-catcher. The fabric is characterised by the marble print in natural or rich colours. The luxury of this fabric is enhanced by its velour quality. The piles make the fabric extra soft.

Dégradé Exclusif

Dégradé is the French term for colour gradient. We see it a lot in furniture, wallpaper and prints. This autumn, colour gradients have become richer by combining structure and flowing shapes, adding an extra layer. This is why we developed article Flow.

Flow is a transparency for people who are not afraid to show a little daring in their interiors. We took the inspiration for this print from striking glazed mugs. The striking underside has a flowing colour gradient (degradé) towards the top.

Arches!

You probably noticed that round shapes are hot, but apart from the flowing shapes of marble, arches are also in. This is reflected in various ways in hotel and home interiors, for example.

For an interior with a golden edge, choose Arcade. This chic transparency catches the eye with its arches with golden outlines. The shadow effects add depth to the print, creating a relief appearance.

Make me blush

Soft blush shades are in. Boldly combined with an aubergine shade or golden velvet. Or quieter with grey and earthy shades to complete the soft glam look. This is reflected in our Lash and Lavish.

Lash is elegance at its best! The chenille yarns make the fabric soft but also add a high-quality sheen. Lavish is a unique chenille curtain due to the herringbone weave with a hint of sheen.

Velour & chenille

Velour is timeless. We see a lot of ‘statement velour’ now, this is boldly combined. A variation on velour is chenille. A soft and high-quality fabric. We see this a lot in furniture fabrics these days.

Chic, soft and cuddly: that's Supreme! This room-high velour fabric is not only flame-retardant, but is also part of the acoustic curtain collection. That means the fabric absorbs sound waves, making the room you're in feel quieter and more pleasant. Supreme is an upgrade for any room!
